About the Role
FiSearch is exclusively partnering with a global PR & Communications consultancy to appoint a Finance Manager on a 12 month fixed-term contract. They are trusted by the highest profile organisations, governments and organisations across the globe.
The Finance Manager will be joining at an integral time in the organisation, as they are currently in the process of migrating software systems. You will be involved heavily in the process of the migration and keeping the momentum going from the current Finance Manager. You will be responsible for a team of 3.
Key deliverables:
- Responsibility for the accurate maintenance of all entity accounting systems and ledgers.
- Submission of all monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reporting packs to the parent company.
- Finance lead on payroll working in collaboration with HR to deliver payroll for all offices.
- Responsible for Group cashflow management.
- Leadership of the accounts payable function
- Managing a team of 3 (x2 Purchase ledger Clerks and x1 Assistant Management Accountant)
Requirements
- Self-starter who proactively drives projects and operates at speed in a deadline driven environment.
- Be experienced in bookkeeping to trial balance.
- Be experienced in management accounting reporting.
- Preferably ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified with at least 1-2 years post-qualification experience
- Experience of PeopleSoft and Hyperion desirable
