Senior Credit Controller

About the Role

FiSearch is working with a growing SaaS business who are expanding their team following a recent acquisition.  This role will help support the growth of the business within a company who values their employees.  The company is looking for a pro-active and ambitious individual with excellent experience in Credit Control.  

As Credit Controller you will be a key liaison for clients including invoicing, processing payments as well as nurturing existing and new client relationships.  Furthermore, this role offers unique project and customer relationship management through commercial sales administration and objectives.

This position must be held by someone who is a confident French speaker with fluency in reading, writing and speaking.  As this exciting and progressive company has moved towards a fully remote structure, work from home is standard with the office commitment being 1-2 days per quarter based at the Paris HQ!

 

The Credit Controller will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit requests
  • Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
  • Setting up terms of credit for new clients
  • Managing the collection of payments and debts
  • Liaising with clients and responding to client queries 
  • Review and refine processes including KPI reviews, internal system (Salesforce CRM)
  • Contribution to wider financial dept, ie. monthly closing

Requirements

  • Degree/Masters in Business Management or Finance (or equivalent)
  • At least 4 years experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivables
  • Experience working with Salesforce & SEPA payment platforms in the past
  • Efficient analytical and communication skills 
  • Good negotiation skills and comfortable interacting with clients to resolve priorities
  • Happy in fast-paced environment, intrinsically motivated to drive business forward
  • Excellent language skills in English and French
