Led by 3 Senior Recruiters with nearly 40 years of experience, we’re a start-up with a twist… We’re part of a group of three recruitment businesses. This means we have all the excitement of a start-up, but with the benefits, support and infrastructure of an established business.

What to Expect
As a Finance Recruitment Associate, you’ll be working closely with the founders and be coached on how to do the job. Your role will be to identify talent across Europe and interview them for roles with our clients. You will develop an understanding of business as a whole from the finance executives you’re speaking with on a day to day basis. Your job will be to build business relationships with these individuals and consult them on their career, and match them to opportunities we have with our clients.
This role will have a clear progression pathway and promotion targets will be laid out from day one. You will also have the opportunity to travel internationally with this role if the business need arises. The group has offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona and are looking to expand to the US in the future.
Job Perks
This role will pay salary + commission. A realistic OTE (on target earnings) in year one is £38-£43k. Year two would be £60k. (This is evidenced by Talent Consultants in the group’s other businesses.)
There will also be incentives for high performance (Ski Trips, etc.) and annual group meetings (likely in Amsterdam)
