About the Role
FiSearch has been engaged by a Real Estate business in Berlin to appoint a Divisional CFO, to lead all aspects of finance within this PLC business.
The CFO will be responsible for:
Leadership of the finance function
Financial Reporting
Integrated Business Planning
Investment Advisory
Lead for Transactions (Divestments and Acquisitions)
Requirements
Requirements
10+ years of working experience in Finance and Accounting.
Real Estate Management, Fund or Hospitality background is a plus.
CPA or alternative qualification
Solid understanding of IFRS accounting for and experience in external reporting.
Capacity to lead effectively both horizontally and vertically.
Self-Starter and ability to quickly adapt while working autonomously within a fast-paced
dynamic work environment.
Ability to successfully navigate and communicate within a complex matrix organisational
structure.
Productive collaborator, delegator, and team player.
Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
Interest in new and innovative technology designed to optimise business processes.
Strong management skills and demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Open to regular travel across the EU.
