About the Role

FiSearch is exclusively partnering with a VC backed, founder led business to appoint a FP&A Manager. This business is in an exciting phase of growth, having just gone through a successful fundraise and are now looking at international expansion, along with new product lines.

The FP&A Manager will be joining the team as the right hand person to the CFO in the newly created reporting team. This is an opportunity to reengineer and implement new processes, alongside business partnering across the entire c-suite.

Key deliverables

Preparing decks for board packs.
Implementation of a monthly re-forecasting cycle.
Creating divisional budgets for senior stakeholders.
Assisting the CFO with the 5 year plan.
Financial modelling.
Set up the reporting processes to deliver insight and commentary to the board.
Set up forward looking metrics and KPIs.
Business partner with C-suite.
Ad-Hoc reporting.
Ad-Hoc projects across reporting and accounting.
